Returns Policy

We continually strive to exceed our customer’s expectations.

Our Guarantee:If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Car Studio, you may return most merchandise within 15 days of the original purchase date. You may receive a full refund* or exchange. In order to receive this full refund or credit, we require that the returned merchandise be in new, complete and original condition. You may exchange most merchandise within 15 days of the original purchase.**

Returns and Exchanges:Audio & Video Items: All returned/exchanged products must be brand new 100% complete with all parts and packaging materials, less then 15 days old**. All returns must have original proof of purchase provided.

Restocking Fee:A restocking fee of at least 25% will be charged for merchandise returned without original packing materials, boxes and parts.

Non-Returnable Merchandise :

1. Special orders may not be returned. Due to the special nature of ordering non-stocked merchandise, special orders may not be returned for refund or credit. Special orders are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Deposits for special orders that we are unable to cancel are not refundable.
